It takes 2–5 business days for our fulfilment centre to make your custom-ordered product. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. Add this to the time taken by the shipping company to deliver your order.
The Best Clothing Company utilises Dispatch Centres in the UK, in Europe and in the United States. Products are sent from, and should be returned to, the source Dispact Centre. The Administration Office is in the UK and ALL communications must be made directly to this office. Please read these FAQ’s carefully.
You must contact us via the Contact Form describing the reason for the return before returning the product. Please read the Returns Policy
When your product arrives it will have the Return address clearly marked. This will be the address of the Dispatch Centre and not the admin office. The Dispatch Centre address must ONLY be used to return product. Any other communications MUST be sent via the contact form . Communications sent directly to the Dispatch Centre cannot be forwarded on.
If there is a problem with your product you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt using this contact form. In the Message area please give a fully detailed description of the problem. You will receive suggestions or instructions on how to proceed. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence so that your case can be examined by the Dispatch Centre.
We do not offer exchanges as products are produced on demand; it is your responsibility to determine the correct style/size/colour when you are ordering. To return faulty product(s), please see ‘How do I return products’ above.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return note that clearly indicates which items are being returned. Include name, address, item description and order/invoice reference. If these are not included, your return may experience delays in processing.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
We cannot provide cash refunds unless the item you receive is faulty (please see ‘Can I exchange items?’ above) and you choose not to have the item replaced. Please see the Returns Policy for full details.
